  • PKC (Parkour Club)
This club is about Parkour, Parkour is discipline consisting of navigating the urban or natural, overcoming obstacles that arise in your journey (fences, walls, empty ...) of the most fluid and efficient possible.
  • Physical form and stretching
You can start without having a physical basis, you can get fit by doing parkour and other exercises such as squats, leg raising and pull ups, preferably 10 of each
  • Stretching
Stretching is important because if you do not stretch before doing parkour can cause injuries, so before starting the trainings stretches all muscles especially the arms legs and neck
  • Training
At the time of training will be given freedom to make different movements, you can both practice one day the vaulting in fence, jumps of precision or climb wall. This could be said to be the most basic thing to start and what is going to be taught, and then more complex things will be put into practice
  • Teaching the basic movements
To begin with, we will teach you how to do the military, the thief, and the cat (vaults). Precision jumps, long jump and drop reception will be taught. and finally how to raise a wall and lower it.
